Kathleen Higgins is the founder of Peak Quality Solutions, bringing over 25 years of expertise in quality management systems. Her experience spans aerospace, and manufacturing supporting ISO 9001, AS9100, and related standards. 

Kathleen is an IRCA Lead Auditor and a Probitas Authenticated AS9100 Auditor.

After years of leading QMS’s in the aerospace and manufacturing industries, Kathleen recognized that many organizations needed experienced quality leadership without the cost of a full-time professional. She founded Peak Quality Solutions to provide practical, flexible consulting services that help businesses achieve compliance, improve performance, and build effective, sustainable Quality Management Systems.
